Due to overwhelming response to the the Readers' Advisory: RA in a Day pre-conference workshop the session will be moved to a larger space and more participants can now be accepted. This session is being held Wednesday, June 10 and the cost to participate is $75. This is an all-day (8:30am - 4:30pm) session and lunch will be provided. We are pleased to announce that Paul Kennedy, award winning broadcaster, writer and host of the popular CBC Radio program Ideas, will be keynote speaker for APLA 2009.
Mr. Kennedy will open the conference with a presentation entitled "Making Books Work". For details please visit the Conference Program.
